Glad we drafted a wide receiver in the first round instead of a DL or an OL. Our lines could be the worst in the NFL.

DJ and Garçon are FA next year, so the pick is reasonable. We're in year 2 of a 4/5 year plan so, ya know, Doctson could be a big piece going forward...Scherff too. DL, I got nothing. It's a dumpster fire.

I would be happy with just Crowder, Jackson and Reed going into next year or even drafting one next year. im sure Doctson will be fine but it seems there are glaring holes that could have been plugged with that pick.

Yep.
FWIW, though TB and Bellichick are not my favorite, I have to respect the heck out of their success. Push the rules or not, they have stayed at or near the top a long time. It is early in the season, and I hold out a lot of hope for the Seahawks, but it is not an easy task to stay on top.
