Okay. Done with Hawkwind. Now on to this:


I assume the commercials are recreations and/or fabrications of non-existent products, but it's a nice touch.
 
I found a neat John Sebastian retrospective set online. It has most of the first solo album on it, and some great cuts from other albums and a number of songs i had not heard before. None of the original Lovin' Spoonful songs are on it, but there are a few that he did solo as well.

The John B. Sebastian album is an incredible window into the Woodstock-era hippie scene by one of the guys who did as much for tie-dye (maybe more) than Grateful Dead.

She is a great songwriter in her own right just now getting national attention. She actually sings backup and plays guitar on the original tune, but it's a very different jazzmaster tone and overall vibe.

She used to release a cover song every Wednesday but not sure if she still does.
