Okay, so next year I shouldn't drink quite as much as I did this year.

I'm not so sure it was the drinking as much as song after song of hair metal, nut-less vocals that would be in Aretha Franklin's upper registers, for hours on end until anybody mortal man's vocal chords would be committing vocal suicide.
