Help!I'maRock!
Mediocringly Derivative
I've had at least one stereo pedal for years.
The Foxrox Paradox TZF is Mono input, stereo output.
The Eventide Pitchfactor is stereo ins and outs.
The ZOOM MS70CDR has stereo ins and outs but sums everything internally to mono.
With my amps back up and running for the first time in 3 years, I thought I would look at either a wet/dry rig or a stereo rig for home use. So I plugged my BOSS LS-2 into the front ends of my Mesa Subway Rocket and Allen Encore, turned them on, and before I played a note, heard the ground loop.
It seems there are two ways to go with this.
Run everything in mono and switch between two amps using something like the Radial Twin City A/B/Y pedal. It has ground lift and phase switches. Anything I want in the Mesa's effects loop would be solely for the Mesa.
Take the stereo outs from the last pedal going into both front ends and use a Radial Shotgun. It has stereo ins, four outputs, and the same ground lift and phase switches as the Twin City. However, there is no switch.
There is no pedal I can find that allows me stereo ins and the ability to switch between two amps. Be interesting to see where this goes, if anywhere.
