The big argument today is about the new JRAD Archer boost, which is a no-gain klone. Klon has one in the works, but hasn’t put it out yet. Apparently, all those who support JRAD are terrible people. :facepalm:

Unpossible. They can make it work right, but it’s still ugly. And it will be attached to some type of Jazzmaster/Jaguar or other such thing. Those guitars have never done anything for me. They just couldn’t be any less appealing. Even if it had a Dean headstock, Gibson robot tuners, and a nude pic of Courtney Love on the pick guard.

Once you play it and fall in love with it, you can have Ken put one on a Reverend or Mark slap one on a McFeely for you. :grin:

How about this? I have something coming from Mr. McFeely that has Mastery parts but no trem. Good compromise? :shrug:

I can’t tell you why. It’s completely irrational, but when I see that vibrato, it’s like Dracula seeing the cross.

Is it purely visual or did you play an old Fender one and that just made you hate it?

I have never played one. It’s purely visual.

If the only choice I had were between a JM/Jag and a banjo, I don’t know which way I’d go.
