FWIW, we haven't given out for a number of years. Usually we aren't home.

We buy a couple bags of candy every year and have about 10 kids show up all night. Then we end up eating it all over the next few weeks.

I got chewed out during the BP oil spill for radioing "We ain't found sheeeeeeit" a couple times when sent on wild goose chases to find oil slicks while trying to conduct my sampling mission.
