no shit.
there has been some stuff in the news about some of the sailing athletes that have been there a month or so getting used to the currents and several already have hepatitis. and they didn't have it before.
the doctors are warning NOT to put your head under water.
i guess the IOC got some pretty mighty kick backs to place the games at that cesspool.

The IOC is only outdone by FIFA (and to some degree UEFA) when it comes to being corrupt to the very core.
When Russia and Brazil get both the football World Cup and Olympic games over a 4 year period, there's large sums of money involved no doubt.
And don't get me started on 2022 and fucking Qatar. :facepalm:
