Morning clumsy American tourists

Bit quiet around here, almost too quiet...

I fancy a coffee, or should it be hot chocolate? Decisions decisions.

Afternoon, I haven't bothered to check the news yet :embarrassed:

So my somewhat out of date MOT had actually run out in June  on the upside it's the first time I've had a reasonably decent car go in for an MOT so I wsn't worried about it shitting the bed and it passed no problem :)

Bit of exercise, some organising, bit of James Bond on Sky and then Papa John's and Breaking Bad later on. It's shaping up to be a good day.

Afternoon disgraceful Uruguayan cunts. :embarrassed:

Eeh...not too much to report. Vacationing, sun is out and I'm drinking refreshing lager beer. Could be worse.

:embarrassed: I'm trying to stay off the bevvy for 12 weeks

To be fair I'm doing well. This is me into week 2 (where I usually start going "fuck it, I like a drink so I'm going to have one" ) and it's the last week before I start back work and I've not been tempted yet even though there's a fridge full of lager beers and a fine single malt sitting next to me.

Has Suarez submitted his transfer request then?

No, he's mearly said that he wants the club to honour the promises they made him last summer. Which is clearly a much, much worse crime than racist abuse and biting an opponent :embarrassed:

*desperately thinking of suitable defences for Suarez's behaviour in case he joins Arsenal*

Actually, there is one defence. Evra is a complete fucking cunt. :embarrassed:

That is most definitely correct.

As for Suarez...he's now making Torres look like a saint. What a pathetic little man.

To be honest, the majority( I think) of modern day overpaid footballers are total twats as human beings. What is the point of contracts if you don't honour them? I don't particularly want Suarez at Arsenal but I fear that Wenger is under pressure from the board to spend money given that the Chairman said we could spend just about anything and that Rooneys wages were "not a problem". My worry is that we blow most of our budget on Suarez and ignore buying the goalkeeper, centreback, defensive midfielder and at least a squad replacement for Gervinho (who I think is going/has gone to Roma). If for example we did buy Begovic (great keeper), Williams from Swansea (decent proven premiership player) Fellaini (proven premiership player) and Suarez...the Arsenal squad suddenly looks like a serious contender to me, and all those names are realistic for Arsenal money wise. But.....just adding Suarez to what we have..nah.

Very good points about the Arsenal squad there. Most of all you really need a good goalkeeper and a centreback imo.

We've known Suarez wants out for a while, it's the way he's gone about it that's really pissing off myself and lots of Liverpool fans.
As soon as the team was out of the country he ran to the very same papers that has made it "unbearable" for him to be in England. And that after all the support he got for his previous acts of stupidity. At least previous outgoing at our club had the decency to keep their mouths shut until the deal was done.

I hope this whole circus ends quickly, and that I won't have too see him in the Liverpool shirt again. He doesn't deserve us.

I really don't like the guy, but football being what it is, as soon as he scores his first goal for Arsenal (assuming he doesn't go to Madrid which I'd have thought made more sense for him).. All will be forgiven..

Sent from my blissfully peaceful garden.

In fairness (I can't believe I'm defending him) he went to The Guardian and The Telegraph, hardly the papers who where hounding him out of the country.

Players themselves should be made to stump up the dough if they break a contract. Overpaid morons.

I tried this as well after getting back from a heavy week of boozing with my mates. We went to Kavos and it was not as grotty as expected, much better than that "what happens in kavos" tv programme depicted it tbh.

Lasted a couple of weeks before going out on the piss again   I could easily avoid drinking if my mates didn't go out much, but they do and I always feel inclined to join in :embarrassed: local beer festival this weekend but "luckily" I'm working in the afternoon/evening so I won't be able to join in on the drink.

Went to Edinburgh today for some quality time with the family in the Botanical Gardens. Obviously we sort of overlooked the fact that the annual Fringe festival started, so the city is overrun by hordes of tourists, who are either rude, do not adhere to common courtesy rules or are stupidly loud and obnoxious. Lots of really attractive girls though :embarrassed:

So Arsenal find themselves in the weird position of hoping Spurs get to keep their best player so Real will turn to Suarez after missing out on Bale.

Morning, fat babies. wave0

todge! wave0

Itchy, you mean like plumber's tape? Or is it also sticky on one side?
