When I was a kid, the father of the neighborhood juvenile delinquents had a dark blue one with mags and fat tires. Every once in a while, he would chirp the tires when he drove by us while we were waiting for the school bus.
Our neighbor had one like this. You could hear the contacts clicking when the sequential tail lights/turn signals were going. I think they had a little motor that rotated with an arm that would put voltage into that light.
