Mojo Request Can You Spare One More Mojo?

Ain't it crazy?
Last time I posted something worked related, I had just gotten a job. I was funemployed for two years. That job was with a marketing firm that some may recall had a gifted jazz singer (who worked in SEO) and also one of the website coders is the brother of Paul Rhoney of Rhoney Guitars.

Eight months after that, an Auto Parts distributor, Classic Industries, lured me away with a bit more money so I went there. 6 months later (this last January) they laid me off. So I find myself unemployed again.

I just had a phone interview with a company with whom I know I'd be a good fit. My interviewer seemed to like me but mentioned my lack of packaging design experience. I have had a bit of package design but this, being a pet food company, would require a lot packaging design. I know I can do it. We moved on to other points. At the end of the interview, I asked her not to discount me for lack of packing design. And now I feel like I sounded desperate and blew it.

So send some mojo if ya can. Tell me I am being paranoid.

I know some of you folks are in the same boat, so mojo to your employment dreams.

That's a fucking crime, man. I love your illustrations. Surely the right company will come along soon.

Mojo times ten! At some point, companies might begin hiring people that can actually help them succeed. I don't know why they aren't doing this now.

I can relate, the feeling of "shit, I've messed the interview up!" is too familiar. I hope you'll get the job.
