In most instances, i'm all for not being above picking up trash, or leaving a place cleaner than you found it. Big stadiums are an exception. $50-100 to park, $18 per beer, $12 a hot dog. I believe if they didn't have to employ people to clean every square foot of the stadium after an event, they still wouldn't lower their prices.

the people setting the prices are usually not the same ones actually picking up the trash...
 
I refuse to pay current ridiculous concert prices, I don't care who it is or how much I'd enjoy it.
I'm just not gonna support the current monopolistic system.
Plus I just can't take the big crowds anymore.
I do have tickets with my ex to see Keb Mo Oct 6th at a little local theater. 2nd row seats for only $35 each.

Kelce is pure show biz extrovert. In both recent Super Bowls he gave long rambling victory speeches while drunk as a skunk. He also has a hugely popular show with his brother Jason.

He has all of the likeable qualities of Patty Mahomes, except he doesn't talk like Kermit the Frog.
 
This thread got me pondering mass marketing's effect on how music and the people who make it are perceived.
The negative side effects are nothing new, it's just with todays technology they seem to be amplified in all sorts of negative ways.
In the early 20th century with the advent of phonographs and radio, the marketers went south looking for talent.
They found rural whites and blacks playing pretty much the same music but they didn't market it that way.
They split it up into "Hillbilly" and "Race Music", and to this day the categories hold in the public mind.

Since we're talking hall of fame tight ends, and I've heard you mention it before, what do you think of Shannon Sharpe not being on Undisputed? I think the show stinks without him. He's good on First Take i.m.o.

I don’t even know what position he plays, haven’t watched football since John Elwayplayed and haven’t seen any super bowls since. I could give two sharts about hall of famers :wink:
