Your favorite Summer Cocktail?

I tend to take advantage of the herbs and berries that grow in the yard in the summer. I'll muddle some mint, and/or basil, and/or blueberries in a glass, maybe add a squeeze of lime and a dash of simple syrup along with a healthy shot of vodka or gin. Add ice and a spritz, enjoy.
 
margarita

tequila (Don Julio perhaps) + grand marnier or Cointreau + lime juice + a little agave nectar. Shaken, not blendered.

actually, 35° beer.
when i drink gin, it's always sapphire and usually neat from the freezer. (that where i keep all booze)
when we used to go up to the cabin in the winter, we'd get out the insulated glasses (plastic) and go outside and gather up 3/4 glass full of fresh snow, then add sapphire and squirt....mmmmm.
also, will get you hammered in minutes. :idea:

Gin & Tonic is my go-to, but a Mojito is nice change up. I just don't go crazy with the simple syrup or I at least use a low-carb version that doesn't taste bad. I think it was a stevia based one. It's been a while.
 
Irish Mule
Hard cider with a shot of rye (don't know what that's called)
 
Gin and tonic.

My wife likes pina coladas, which are also pretty nice on a hot summer day.
 
When I drank it was a Margherita, or a G&T made with Hendrick's gin. I would mash a bit of cucumber in the bottom of the glass. Good shit Maynard.

Now it's plain seltzer, or San Pellegrino blood orange sparkling water.
