I love apple pie.Do you hate apple pie too Gary?
Me too. I'm burned out on Freebird and Stairway To Heaven as well. Apparantly they dont stay in business if they play deep cuts. Even satellite radio plays the same few songs by each band.I love apple pie.
Do you drive your Chevy to the levee?I love apple pie.
I don't. What if it breaks? I drive the Chevy for pie.Do you drive your Chevy to the levee?
Yeah, that is frustrating. I often listen to The Bridge, which is supposed to be a "soft rock" station that I thought would play a lot of CSN, Jackson Browne, James Taylor and the like. It does, but usually the same old 4 or 5 songs by those artists. And then suddenly the'll hit you with something like WOndering Where the Lions are by Bruce Cockburn.Me too. I listen to The Bridge too. The artist's stations play deep cuts. They get a little too deep though. Like Tom Petty, Elvis, or The Grateful Dead channel.Yeah, that is frustrating. I love the Grateful Dead but I hate coming in to a set when they are in the middle of a jam. I like hearing where they start from and where they go to and get disoriented when I lose the context. I haven't tried the Petty channel. I have the Beatles channel as a preset, but find myself switching off of it when solo McCartney comes on.I listen to The Bridge too.
