Why are ketchup packets so absurdly tiny?

Who ever uses a ketchup packet without using several? So why cant Big Ketchup make the standard packet 3 or 4x larger?

Seems like a waste of packaging dollars (that the consumer pretty much never pays for) just to cause inconvenience.

The stupidity of the ketchup industrial complex on this one just boggles my mind
