Achtung! Who else here has a watch fetish?

Thanks to this thread I have about $70k in watches sitting in holding patterns all over the internet. I don't even wear watches regularly but I love them!
I'll likely never hit "checkout" on any of them. It's fun to shop though. I want the Carrera Tag.

One Year Later:

“So I’m selling the Omega Snoopy and the IWC Big Pilot Perpetual. I haven’t worn either of them in a week or two and I’ve got my eye on this limited edition Patek Phillipe. As always, Weiners get first dibs, 7% off, and free shipping.

I get that. My step-daughter is in competitive figure skating, so all of our spare cash is spoken for. Otherwise I would likely have a couple vintage Omegas of some other nonsense sitting on my desk right now.

I went for the white second hand.

Verrrry nice! It's going to take a bit for my watch disposable income fund to recharge after the laco and the marathon, but I've been waffling between a couple sinns - the 556i and the 104 with the white dial (there's something about a white dial...). If the 104 was brushed all over like the 556 rather than polished it would be the easy choice

I found a too good to pass up deal on a second hand (some scuffs on the clasp, a good few years left on the warranty) watch that I've thought of as perfect for a few years now, so I'm currently cosplaying as a fancy ass grown up.

(your bezel is off center)
but, yea, nice watch.

I use dive bezels for timing all sorts of things (except for dives...), so I rarely bother to return them to the neutral position. This was probably left over from timing my morning coffee steeping
