I had pulled out of my son's school, was traveling east on that street and this guy at a stop sign just pulled out in front of me. I didn't have any time to stop but I also wasn't going that fast.

so, maybe it's not just in Toledo where people run stop signs and red lights. but there's a hell of a lot of it here.
