I just finished playing my Epi LP,with D'Addario XL 10s. Great little guitar.

About what I pay for Elixirs, but I don't like them as much on acoustics, they stay way to brilliant for way too long. This Taylor always sounded harsh with them on, put on normal strings and they were harsh and then dead sounding and percussive in 3 days. These went on sounding fabulous and still sound good a week later. We'll see just how long they sound decent at least.

And yes I saw them mentioned here, but no one mentioned just how great they were. I was sort of exaggerating.

I also had a set of their Infeld Superalloy strings on my strat that just about lasted forever.

I was going to say, you should go to Kauerfest. Yes I realize California is a big state but at least you are in the same state. Then it occurred to me, Oh yeah, the fucking virus. He probably won't do it this year. Nevermind.

It was both! He had a raffle, there were folks who showed up to play, the shop was open. It was pretty damn chill, and I got to meet @Modern Saint there. If I survive the next few waves of covfefe flu I really want to do that again. I think it would be fun to order a guitar and pick it up at Kauerfest!
