There was an interview with Angus I saw years ago. The interviewer said you have done 12 albums and they all sound the same. Angus rplied 13. The interviewer said hey? Angus- we done 13 albums.
They are the epitome of doing something proper. They were signed up by a record company that broke their older brother George in the UK. Theres no doubt in my mind George told his younger brothers to swtick to what they are goof at.

The Angels shoulda done better worldwide. But I guess ego got in the way.

in hindsight it was all Bon Scott and Doc Neeson. One band adapted but could never relace Bon. The other band? Well at the time as a youngster I thought they were the ducks nuts. Looking back Doc Neeson as front man was all they had. Saw them live in a pub in Melbourne, well the legal name of the Angels and it was pure shite.

I think Angus made the right decision, He knew his gift anbd his gift was rawk.
