What are you doing with your extra hour?

Fall Back is not a big problem for me. But, Spring Forward fucks me up for a few weeks. That’s when I get angry.
Could you imagine how angry people would be if you somehow Fell Back and lost an hour of sleep?

But yeah, I'll take Spring Forward all day long.

Just don't be an idiot like me and live west of where you work. No matter what, in the spring and in the fall, you are trying to drive into the sunrise/sun set, eventually they happen soon or later and it's not so bad. Thanks to DLST you go through it twice as much.

Also, raise your hand if you woke up exactly an hour early today.

Often times areas in a state that is on a time zone line, certain counties will adopt the time zone of the cities that they share economics with... example, the counties to the west of South Bend in Indiana are on Central time with Chicago even though the rest of the state is on Eastern.
So the legend should say Mountain DST and Pacific DST.

Got it.

And the southwest corner of Indiana is on central time to align with Henderson and Owensboro KY.

Please tell me you’re simply mixed up about the time changes. If you actually prefer Spring Forward over Fall Back, I’ll assume you are suffering from cognitive decline.

I'm assuming you don't play out front until the street lights come on.

I’d actually prefer no DST because I lose an hour of sleep for a few weeks after each Spring Forward time change until my body adjusts. The 8 years I spent in AZ worked great for me.

As for street lights, I whisper promises in the dark….

I don't think anybody's whispering lies into Pat's ear at 5:20 P.M.
Maybe about doing the dishes.
