Went to an Estate Sale today and I want you to tell me...

This is a cleansing summer for us. Sold a bunch of bikes. We went from about 15 bikes and we’re at 7 now. Emptied the attic for a garage sale, Been emptying and throwing crap out of the garage sporadically. It definitely creeps up on you. Then purge. It’s when you don’t purge that it’s an issue I guess.
 
One of my goals/tasks for retirement is cleaning out the basement and emptying out the storage unit (hopefully to the point we can get a unit half the size). We've been in this house for 20+ years and have accumulated a LOT of crap.

Mrs F wants me to build a music room in the basement (awful idea) and I told her sure, but the deal is I get to go into the basement and throw away everything down there that's junk.
 
We’ve been doing regular purges since we closed the store. It’s amazing how much shit we accumulated between our house and the studio, especially with two kids. I also got rid of a ton of h used music gear over the last few years, too.
