They should do this with all of those old NASA films, or maybe somebody is already working on it. Upscaling the old 16mm film really gives it a very modern look. I bet it was pretty wild driving the rover around on the moon. I wish they'd have panned the camera behind them to see what kind of dust cloud they were leaving behind.

There's no dust on the moon. Without an atmosphere, even the tiniest bits of matter follow a ballistic trajectory just like throwing a rock.

No one has gone to the moon. We can’t get past the ice wall and the moon is just a luminous orb floating in the aqueous firmament. Read a book and educate yourself.

Right, I get that. That's what I wanted to see, the dirt coming off of the wheels and falling back to the ground without any air/wind resistance.OTOH, they probably weren't going fast enough for it to get thrown more than an inch or so off the ground, so probably not as cool to see as I hoped.

I believe the rover actually threw quite a bit of lunar soil around. If memory serves, one of the expeditions managed to break a rover fender off and they were forced to improvise a replacement because the resulting rain of soil was wreaking havoc on the astronauts and the rover.
