The Holy [holey] Board: a project.

Voila!

With some amps, the Choad Blaster is just gnarly. With this one though, it’s playing too nice with others. While that’s a bummer, this allows me to play with a new toy.

The Disnortion is such a versatile little pedal. It can go from spitty to smooth. It will serve my purpose better in this setting.

And I’m digging the Morning Glory. This might as well be the “thanks Chad” thread.

Time will tell if the JHS keeps the spot over the Tumnus, because I love the Tumnus.

Obviously everyone's ears are different and there are other factors (pickups, amp) but in my rig the Morning Glory killed the Tumnus.

This was a morning well-spent. I’m hoping that’s the only productive thing that happens on this rare Friday off.

Good god. I got the Classic 1 and every time I look at it, I shake my head at how big it is. Sad part is I almost have it filled

I started with the original Pedaltrain 15 years ago. I bought a PT-2 when it came out and quickly moved down to the Junior, which I've had for 10 years. I should just go back to the PT-2. I've even considered buying a Metro 24 and running two boards. but we all know how this is going to turn out.

Isn’t the model name on the front?
Yeah, I'll bet it is. Unfortunately, it's in the gigbag... in the studio... 30 miles away.

I'm actually playing a guitar plugged straight into an amp at the moment. Hell hath frothen.

I'll have to get back to you on it. Now it's bugging me that I'm not sure. :)

It fits my standard M.O. of giving few if any fucks about what I buy beyond whether or not it suits my needs. Kinda like my G&L when I had to look at it to see what it was...

I’m currently playing through 4.5 pedals on a clipboard, so I can wait.

Speaking of my ASAT, been playing it the last few days and the strings feel like they barely put up a fight. I'm so used to having such little hand strength for so many years that now .010s feel like super slinky .008s used to. It's weird, but I think I might have to go full on Mark Wein and switch to .011s

Next thing you know I'll be all Peter Buck with .013s and a wound G.

Go figure.
