B&M store, tempting but for the time in which it would take me to drive to Buffalo Grove $, taxes $, gas $ and dealing with their sales staff, I will be happy with a deluxe gig bag.

I caved on the washburn idol. I hate you bassards :). I need another axe like I need a hole in the head. It just looked too good.

If anybody who has one can tell me what to expect I'd appreciate it.

I don't think that one has binding - but the Washburns I have had were excellent quality - decent to good PUP's. I think Washburn is hurt because they don't have the big distribution that Fender, and Gibson, and a few others have.

The site description says bound body and neck. Funny but the pups are the last thing I worry about since they're the easiest thing to replace. I'll report my impressions when it arrives.
 
I correct myself. It does say bound neck & body. So if you like white guitars that is a heck of a deal.

Let's Buckethead Signature Gibson LP for $3000, or non buckethead endorsed Washburn LP for $149. Hmmmmmmm...
