Tonight - going to pick up some meat and beer for tomorrow. Also have to get a fishing license and put new line on the reel.

Tomorrow - bouts of fishing interspersed with bouts of grilling, rawk music, and beer drinking. A couple of friends are coming over and my adult supervision (1W) will be elsewhere, so it should be a good time. Fenderpusher - if you're bored, give me a ring, we'll be hanging out at the house and engaging in shennanigans pretty much all day and night.

Sunday - try to shake off the inevitable hangover from Saturday. I may pick up a nice 1940's metal lathe that's for sale locally. There have been a few times during my power tool restorations that I wished I could make my own parts - replacements on 50 year old machines are hard to find.

Nothing going on tonight. GF is out of town so I'll probably lay low tonight unless someone hits me up to go do something.

Tomorrow I have a Grant writing class @ 8:30 am until 4:30 so that will be a blast I am sure....:annoyed:

On Sunday I might try to go hiking but most likely just stay home and catch up on some tv and movies.
 
The better half is staying home... her daughter is sick with the flu, 103 fever as of an hour ago.... I need that shit like a hole in the head. So I suppose I will suck down some suds, mebbe make a seafood rissotto, and watch a flick or two.
 
For some reason I woke up this morning and my ass/tailbone is just fucking killing me and I'm not sure why so after work I'm going to hit the Y and see if swimming some laps will make it go away. I'm also contemplating (waiting for the wife to say it's OK) checking out a Blackstar head a guy around the corner from me has on craigslist and then I'm going to have a few beers, send Mark my country fest Mp3s, record a demo to send to one of the guys in my band and then probably watch a movie with my chick.
 
Regarding the amp, if this guy still has it here is what Mrs. Hump said about it: "Get him down to 175 or 200 and its yours." I hope he gets back to me tonight because his location is the exact same as mine so I could walk over there to check it out.
 
I started my Friday at midnight with HC2.0 What happened was I fell asleep on the sofa at 8:30pm and woke up at 11;30 and couldn't go back to sleep. After two hrs trying to figure out 2.0 I went to bed at 3 and woke at 5 AM surprisingly I was sharp as could be today in fact never felt better. Now I'm off to the store because I have no food in the house. I will be going hiking again tomorrow (gotta get 'em in before the 100 degrees hit). Tonight i will watch what's left of the Dbacks game.
 
I haven't watched any dvds but I'm really tired. Have been all week. Fuck a bunch of faces in their faces.
 
Busy weekend bump.

I leave work early today to go to an extremely awkward wedding that I don't want to be at. Long story short, none of the groom's family/friends likes the bride, in fact the mom & bride had to be separated from a fist fight a while back. On top of that I promised to be the DD so I'll be observing this clusterfuck sober as a priest.

Tomorrow is when the real fun begins... one of my best friend's bachelor party. Hard to describe in words the amount of alcohol and stripper tits will abound.

Sunday is recovery day, I should move some stuff to the new place but I probably won't be in any shape to do much of anything. :embarrassed:

Fri - Have to get fitted for my friends wedding, go to the bank, and do laundry.
Sat - Recording with Luigi if computer holds out
Sun - LMA variety recital. I have one student playing Hey There Delilah and another one playing Scar Tissue.
 
The moving weekend arrives... :facepalm:

Tonight: stop by Lowes to get some shit we'll need to pack and label some stuff, pack the rest of the small stuff and take what we can to the new place.

Saturday: MOVING DAY!!!ZOMG this should be smooth and easy since we have everything out of the old place already, just gotta pick up a Uhaul and move the big stuff over. I'm buying beer and pizza for whoever helps move, don't know who's coming yet but 2man is a strong candidate for one of those spots.

Sunday: Cable guy is coming to hook us up, we got lucky since they only had one appointment left for this weekend. This will be the day of unpacking, organizing, tidying, etc. Should be a blast! :embarrassed: The good news is that the gf is allowing me to use the second bedroom as an office/guitar room/home studio/place to escape. Which means it'll be way more likely I can enter these cover/original songs threads.
 
I am out of projects. I feel a little lost.

I do have glass block basement windows that i can install. Maybe I'll do that. I need a mortar bag to do it (it's like a cake frosting bag but instead of delicious cake icing, it's filled with mortar).

But just to recap, in the last four weeks I have:

Stripped wallpaper and painted my son's room (including trim)
Painted (including trim and crown mouldinbg) Living Room
Removed carpet and installed hardwood floors in Living Room and Dining Room
Stripped wallpaper and painted (including trim) my daughters room.
Hung a new flatscreen TV for daughter (includes running power and hiding cables in wall)
Hung pain-in-the-ass shelves in daughters bedroom.
Painted dressing table and bookshelf for daughters room.

I think everyone should be impressed at my list of work and admire and love me.
