I usually have the opposite problem. Half the time there's too much humidity, and my acoustic sounds dead.

That happens in the spring and summer here too. Running the AC helps as it draws moisture out of the air.

In the winter, our humidity drops to the 40-50% range, which is actually where most instruments need to be.
