I had termite problems this year. Cost me $2400 to get rid of them. I need to have the house retreated annually for $300. It sucks.

As bad as this is, it seems like a minor scratch now.

And, honestly, it’s something that would look good as new after some time with a fine luthier.

Maybe, but given that the action on it seems to be at least an inch, if not more, at the 12th fret, I'd say that guitar is beyond repair.
