Audley sure knows how to play 'em too.

I saw them back in the mid 90s at a bar in Myrtle Beach. It was pretty spectacular standing about 5 feet from Audley as he was tearing it up.
 
I saw at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, they were like a better Bad Company with awesome guitar stuff. Audley's a killer player. He kinda of has that David Grissom thing where he does a lot of stuff really well and shows up in places you might expect give his resume. For instance, they've both toured with the Dixie Chicks. Not surprising for Grissom given his known country roots with Ely, but Audley's history with Cry of Love and the Black Crowes made the jump to the Chicks darn near shocking. That is until you put his musicianship into perspective.
 
Not gonna lie, I love that record. He has a way with a Strat.

That video may mark the first time I've ever seen a Les Paul Recording Bass used live.
