I had a friend who got hooked on Texas Tornados, one of Freddy’s bands. He arranged big Texas Tornados parties with loud music by the band, Texas food and tequila - in Sweden. Especially guacamole was served in large quantities, due to their hit Me and my baby made guacamole all night long. I commented that the song perhaps was not about making the dish guacamole, and suddenly realized that he had never thought about that.

We've had this conversation--Euros don't understand Mexican food. They eat Indian food the way USians eat Mexican food.
