Talk Me Into/Out of a Jazzmaster

I'd love a Jazzmaster myself, so I am certainly not going to try and talk you out of one.

Adrian from the anyonecanplayguitar youtube channel plays his Jazzmaster in a lot of his content and I alway think it sounds terrific and distinctive from when he plays his Tele or Strat. I like the 'broader but hollower than a Strat' tone. It's bigger, but kinda scooped, maybe? The trem is a big part of the sound as well.

It may take me a few weeks. I have all the parts, but I haven't had the time to look at it. And I have surgery scheduled for next Wednesday. Nothing serious, but I likely won't be able to lift anything heavier than my cat for the next 4-8 weeks. This is the neck I'm putting on it. I've bought necks from this guy before.
