you got the Bhagaven Antle guy who is literally running a cult of what appears to be runaway girls and then he ends up placing them all in his harem....you got the Tiger king guy who legally married two men at the same time in a menage a trois wedding who were both much younger than he and one has meth teeth.and then Carol Baskin who possibly fed her second husband to the tigers ...The most normal guy is the Cocaine kingpin...the real life Tony Montana who was in the room when his partner used a circular saw to cut a guy to pieces like in Scarface....wtf :panic:

I don't know any other way to put this, but a man who was once one of the biggest mover of illegal narcotics in Miami — a man who was a part of all the unsavory bits of business that went into moving feel-good contraband with his father just so he could support his exotic animal habit — is one of the most "normal" people featured in the docu-series. Let that sink in.

All I really have to say about any of it is that I want to be the Tiger King of Galápagos tortoises. And, to a lesser extent, sperm whales.
 
I know plenty of people who own big cats. The people who depend on them to make a living are not crazy. The "rescue" people are.
 
well I'm up to episode 7 Jeff Lowe is a new Low and so is the Chucky Doll wannabe James Garretson.....everytime you watch an episode you think "there can't be anbody worse than (fill in the blank)" and then BAM some douchebag appears that makes you rethink what is a douchebag and suddenly those who you thought were the scum of the earth are suddenly "well at least they are not like (fill in the blank)
