Tons of squirrels.
An occasional raccoon.
A lot of deer.
Apparently a mole or two - wish I knew how to get rid of them.
Wild turkeys. The males are stupid aggressive. They can go elsewhere and I would not miss them much.
Last fall we had a bear in the neighborhood.
If you see a hole "doorway" to a tunnel, put some used coffee grounds in the hole. Same strategy if you see mole tunnels in your yard.

We feed our resident squirrels in the front yard and now Muscovy ducks visit twice a day for the seed and corn. Our dogs have scared away most Opossums. We have a Red-bellied Woodpecker pair and a Cardinal pair that bring their offspring to feed in the back yard every year. I never tire of seeing all of the other regulars, like tree frogs, Black-bellied Whistling Ducks and the annual Blue Grosbeak/Indigo Bunting/Ruby-throated Hummingbird visitors.

The uninvited are Squirrels mostly
On rare occasions now, a skunk but I do not believe they come into our back yard unless they are climbing.

The ones that are invited are Butterflies, Hummingbirds and Honeybees.

squirrels, rabbits, blue bellied lizards, hawks, occasionally raccoons and Coyotes.

Not long ago, we had this guy dining on some road kill in the middle of our street.
Turkey vulture.

I did not know that. Very, very cool!
There are 3 dairy farms in the immediate area...the one my Brother-in-law and sister own is on the corner and has fields on both sides of the road and a 100 stall barn...three of their four kids and their families live on the farm, each being given a 5 acre plot to build on...

The house I live in is the farmhouse from their previous farm which was sold off for development years ago...I occupy the mother-in-law apartment on the back of the house, and a gaggle of 20-something girls (all Jehovah's Witnesses) occupy the main house...

Just across the road is the horse farm...my father built it about 25 years ago on a 10 acre plot he bought from my brother-in-law...after passing through several subsequent owners my nephew Sam and his wife bought it out of foreclosure and run a very successful boarding and riding farm...SO successful that they have opted to convert the big farm to horses, a decision based on a number of factors related to dairy co-op issues and export problems...so far he has split the barn in half, built 12 large horse stalls, fenced off about 50 acres and started building a riding ground...

About 1/2 mile down the road is another farm, once owned by my grandfather, passed to my brother-in-law's father, and now owned by an old family friend...still a working dairy farm...

About a mile away is my cousin's farm, which was originally owned by my grandfather's brother...

These are 3 of the last 5 working dairy farms in the county...once upon a time there was north of 100 working farms in the county...
