Out in KSA we made some pretty good sangria with homebrewed red wine and just put in a bunch of apples, oranges, lemons and sometimes we'd through in cider.
I think I'm going to try: tangerine juice, lime juice & lemon juice, sugar and a spot of rum in some red wine w/ sliced orange and lemon. Figure the juice should roughly approximate the effect of the fruit infusing with the wine over a days time.
Whoa...this is some tasty business. People aren't coming over until tonight so I'm going to have to steer clear of this pitcher or I won't make it 'till tonight.
