Return to the Planet of the "Hey Euro's its that time again" Thread.

All's fine. It's been raining 24/7 for the last 5 days, so I haven't seen much of the outside world, but other than that, life is pretty tolerable at the moment.

Just drive to South Queensferry of the Gyle station, park near there and take the train into the city centre. That’s what I always do

2 fucking hours!!!!

Everything was fine after harthill, all the traffic was at my end. I'd still be sitting at maryville just now if I hadnt heard the traffic and detoured away from the m73 :/

aahh...gotta love Scottish traffic

well, to be fair, 90% of all that traffic is concentrated in one narrow area :embarrassed:

It's kind of the same here, population density is even lower (like 15 per square kilometer or something ridiculous), but rush hour traffic in and around Helsinki is absolute hell as about a third of the entire population of the country live here... And the Finnish sense of traffic flow and efficient road networks is "special" to say the least.

Maybe in Finland. Definitely not here in Norway lately. :embarrassed:

I actually went walking to the supermarket instead of taking the bus. It was a whole new experience to be outside after spending 8 days avoiding being outside... It has literally not been dry during daytime since Wednesday a week ago

Played futsal yesterday. The season hasn't started yet, so we just booked a court to play a bit, the guys who were supposed to have the court after us never showed up and we forgot the time, played for nearly 2 hours. Now my muscles hurt like hell and I can't move :embarrassed:

I feel like that every time I play. For just an hour :embarrassed:

Skies gone all weird here. Hurricanes blowing forest fires about or some such. Never seen anything quite like it, sky was very dark and yellow tinged in the middle of the day. Starting to wear off a bit.
