I struggled to keep my eyes open this morning. It's not cold, but rather wet.

I wish I was in my bed

Just been out for a lunchtime walk. It didn't rain and my face/ears don't hurt from the cold. Not bad for Edinburgh in November.

so, been to Laahndaan on a business trip. Was a gruelling schedule.... leaving the house at 4am, driving to airport, flying to Stansted, arriving around 8am, breakfast, business meeting, visiting location (work, not tourist), lunch, meeting 3rd party, visiting another location (business), going to hotel near Liverpool Street, another business meeting in hotel. Going out for dinner and a few REFRESHING CONTINENTAL LAGER BEERS at 8. Back at hotel around midnight...

Up for breakfast at 8am, another meeting, 2 hours to potter about in London, which involved walking along hyde park to Harrods, then lunch, train back to Stansted, flight back to Scotland at 4.15pm. Arriving hour later in Edinburgh, driving home and arriving at 6pm.

In my bed at 7.30pm.

So happy I had a a day off today
 
Managed to convince fiance lady to come to the pub for refreshing lager tennis beers.

We ordered our first drinks, turned to the telly and saw the abput 20 seconds of the last game :facepalm:

It's crazy warm here the last few days, the snow is gone and it's 3degrees. Crazy.

I was invited to have drinks with the head of my department this evening and meet some people from the indieweb movement, probably going to be fun if I manage to piss people off.
 
I got in from work at about 20 past 4.

Headed out at 6 to meet me fiance off the train for some local refreshing lagerbeers and the car is already properly iced up :facepalm:
 
I'm the only male attending my work Xmas night out. Pretty much sure that means I'll get papped sitting next to the boss and senior management.

Oh god yeah... Pikkujoulu ("little christmas") season has properly started this weekend. Both the parties I more or less "had to" attend derailed into madness till 5 o'clock...

Well, that's 2 down, only 4 more to go :facepalm:
