Really big natural things where you live

I want to move to SoCal, like Mark and others on the forum. The wife, who I've lovingly dubbed Eeyore, is opposed to the idea because "it's sunny and there are happy people there" to which I respond "I KNOW!!!"

Lots of big mountains. The Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness along with other public lands is the largest area of public land in the lower 48. The above pic is in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, not the "Church" Wilderness.
