It is nothing special but I love it. A pickup upgrade wouldn't hurt but that didn't stop it from becoming the most played guitar in my arsenal.

It's been this old warhorse for the past year. It was next to unplayable when I got it. It had been sitting in a guys closet for 25 years. He told me it was a crappy guitar but I suspected it just needed some TLC. (I noticed that he had the strings going over the tension bar instead of under.)
It turned out that somewhere in it's 52 year lifespan someone had gotten a screw wrapped up in the pickup coil. I had the pickup rewound to original spec. and it sounds terrific. Until I hit the lottery this is going to have to serve as my Duo Jet.
It's still a work in progress. I'm taking in to Matt at 30th Street Guitars today for a fixed roller bridge.
Well they are all favourites...really. The strat gets played the most, followed by my Rev. The Tele the least mainly because I have that one set in Eb tuning. My Fender acoustic has the most sentimental value, followed by my 12 string which gets played far too infrequently actually. But that is partly because I just don't have enough time
I'll just put 1 picture with all of them ...I think since the pics may blocked at work :(
Visible seam notwithstanding, an example of a cheap MIA Gibson done right - even better considering the just-increased prices , and even at that, still a great deal.
I've really bonded with the Blacktop Strat over the last year or so. I guess my go-to at home is still the Tele HS, but the Blacktop is way more of a rocker.
