Post a pic of your current favorite guitar (that you do NOT own)

These have also come to my attention recently

The one in this video.

Neil Young's Martin D-45, from I believe 1968, with the Brazilian Rosewood. His primary steel-string acoustic guitar, used to write "Old Man" and many other songs. It was one of four instruments bought by Stephen Stills for himself and his band-mates in CSNY in order to celebrate their first full concert at the Greek Theater in 1969.

I love lots of good rock guitars, but I own guitars that will do pretty much what I need. This is the Holy Grail of guitars, the one, and the sound that really made me want to get into it.

To this day I have not found another guitar with a neck quite this comfortable or effortless for me to play. The new EVH brand Wolfgang is nowhere near as close (it feels more like a generic "Strat" neck, but a little thinner). The MM Axis is the closest I've come, but still not quite there.

I am absolutely 100% with you there, bro.

Someday the stars will properly align and it will be MINE. I'm the only one that can play it and actually use the vibrola while keeping it in tune. It's meant to be!

 I have a vibrola on my SG and I have never had tuning issues. So I never understood the complaints.

That is a beautiful guitar! GET IT!!
I love how the neck isn't painted, looks great! :thu:
