i want to know where all the liberal hollywood stars are now. they were flapping their lips during dubya.....and hailing obama as the second coming......where the fuck are they now? why am i not seeing all kinds of commercials and speeches by them now?

That's simply untrue. You show up on TV, you're not speaking to everyone.

A lot of people, especially the youth, don't watch TV.

Because commercials are expensive.

Because they're mostly speaking to the choir.

Because many of them aren't invited to speak on news programs.

Because much of the public, especially conservative, are dismissive of artists, as though they have less credibility than anyone else.

Even though Vaclav Havel was a better artist and a better leader than Reagan ever was.
