I suppose it depends on what your plants are. If you are going to be playing live, especially in an ensemble, then I would think the dreadnaught... As I am only recording, and its more comfortable, I went with the 000, Actually, an 0000

supposed to be TUSQ, if it is an issue, then a Bone nut will replace.

OK Jack wired and in housing, Trem in, neck on, pick guard on. Still need to ground the wire coming in from the Trem Claw, and LOTS of set up to do.

Strangely enough my SX strat from way back had a very fine even flamed neck and a nice striped rosewood board and this build reminds me of it. Amazing what I got for 139 bucks. Sold it beat up for 100.

Damnation, I love Dakotas/Fiesta strats w/ rosewood, mint green things but you lost me at the matt finish. Its just me though. Nicely done nevertheless...

Honestly I agree about the finish and actually had purchased a gloss fiesta red, but they started a “satin”sale literally 12 hours after I purchased, and couldn’t pass up the savings
