I grew a beard last winter but since the fucking thing came in mostly gray I think I'm going to not grow one this year.

Maybe I should go with what will be acceptable as opposed to what might be... this promotion would be sweeeeeeet. I can always grow it back, but shaving it will make me sad.

I dont think a neatly cropped one would be a problem, i think if one is dressed nice in a suit and tie, a well groomed beard would be a non-issue.

But if you feel more confident without it, then off it goes. its only hair.
