This is going to sound weird - I'd buy a relic from you, or someone else I kinda/sorta knew played. But I just can't make myself plunk down for one on Reverb.

They got the right idea - putting JM pickups the whole sympathetic string thing on a different shape. Just chose a really bad shape.

Honestly, there's no way it should be this fucking complicated. If I follow through on this, I'll probably go Mod Shop.

The Tele body just doesn’t have the right dimensions to carry a JM bridge. Of course, the same applies to a Tele/Bigsby, but folks do it anyway.
