We are starting a fitness challenge thing called Whole Life Challenge that we are paying a small sum to do together as a couple, and with our neighbors Muffy and Jeff. Having a paralympian taking part in it provides extra motivation. Plus, I have been able to kick her husband's ass (he is or 8 years younger) on a mountain bike, at least uphill, but he is catching up faster than I would like. I have all the stuff to track data with, and think I will now use the diet features to gather data just like I have on strava, etc. for exercise, and see what kind of new, sustainable and enjoyable, habits I can develop. I do respond to these sorts of changes, and need to get on it again after getting slowed down with smoke preventing rides, stress of kids leaving, and mom's having strokes triggering my stress eating, etc. Will also get with @reverend1 and you so we can figure out a time to get back on it with some classes for some mental and spiritual development via playing music. I think there might be a category in that Whole Life thing for that sort of endeavor. If not, I think it is healthy anyway.ok. the story of my year. Going back to school has been great for me on one level at least:

I had gotten down to 250 for a hot minute back in April before it all went to hell again. I'm hoping that by Thanksgiving I can be around 240.
Eating better has been really good for my mental health. I'm incredibly stressed out and this has kind of fixed my stress eating habit.
Also, the line where it says "over weight" would leave me looking like a skeleton. 230 is my eventual goal but even that might be too skinny for my frame.
Hell, that sure beats eating chili cheese fries and drinking Monster while watching the game mode.I’m gonna google the “whole life challenge”. I’ve kinda been in a “fix all the fucked up shit” mode right now anyway.
