I remember looking that truck up once because I know that's not a Ford. I just don't remember what that actually is. Ford's never had tail lights like that, though.

The '70s were indeed a sad time for Ford but the Fox platform in '78 was the beginning of a resurgence. The Mustang II being based on the Pinto was just a disaster. There's still plenty of Fox body Mustangs on the road today.

Looks like a Dodge to me. Those aren't GM tail lights either.
