True fact - my daughter (100% Caucasian - british and scandinavian on mom's side, ashkenazi jewish on mine) all through undergrad mostly hung out with the Hawaiian crowd at Occidental and was officially made a member of the "Oxy Asian-Pacific Islander (API)" oganization. I thought she was going to fall over from all of the leis she was given by friends, and she now has two different Ohanas (one on Maui, one on Oahu.)
 
OK, I thought that three breast thing was good fun until I saw the partial text below - it involved SURGERY? WT ever-lovin F
 
Apparently there is at least one woman who has this for real, no surgery or fakery. A nsfw search should prove this to any doubters.

I am surprised I was able to laugh about that cartoon; my mother died from colon cancer and I get colonoscopies every 3-5 years. Last time they had a new prep; they put me under only to find I wasn't cleared out enough. I had to go back three months later after a two-day prep.
