I had a similar experience about 12 years ago when I broke my right hand on the banister in my house. It was the boxer's injury so my pinky was held straight out by the cast, so shifting with my right hand was impossible, so I had to use my left hand. Reaching across for the shifter was very awkward to say the least.

I feel your pain. Before I was on meds for gout, I always got it in my left ankle. Pushing in the clutch was not fun.

That's Peter Dumbreck's crash in '99. Mark Webber's car did exactly the same thing. So did Yannick Dalmas' Porsche. Those cars were amazing and terrifying.

Dalmas did it on the back straight at Road Atlanta, and Auberlan flipped his BMW LMP900 car the same way at Road Atlanta.

Nice call though, most think that is Webber in that shot.
