I thought it was the pork chop in the picture and the little "U" in the circle which means it has been certified kosher.

The sauce is likely kosher, but what happens to it after it leaves the bottle is beyond the Rabbi's control...

Wrong. We used to buy it by the gallon. My brother ate it on everything. When I say "everything," I mean, "everything he would eat," which wasn't much. We would get the food-service sized box of fish sticks, he'd throw a pile in the toast-r-oven at least once a day, and down them with BBQ sauce.
