My wife and I feed the birds near our house all the time. This is more true than funny, but funny none the less.

We put out a bird feeder this year and the squirrels are always in it, so I went out and bought some peanuts. That was working great until the blue jays found them, now they try to keep the squirrels from the peanuts.

Every morning when I come downstairs to leave for work, my dog is staring out the sliding glass door watching the squirrels in the bird feeder. She loves starting her day by chasing them off of the deck, down to and over the fence. I have no idea what she'd do if she ever caught one of them.
