Let's Have a Funny Pic Thread! Mk 60

But I do agree with “get the fuck out of the passing lane!” if there is room.

I'm not saying they have to merge as soon as the first brakelight tap..... but slowing down, signaling, and seeing who will separate and let people alternately merge is smoother and more polite than the asshole who passes the people alternate/merging on the left runoff and then forcing their BMW or big pickup truck in RIGHT at the bottleneck forcing the entire line to jab their brakes. Fuck those assholes.

Agreed.

There are many ways to do it wrong.
Not enough drivers, in BOTH lanes, know how to zipper merge.

I will never agree that zippering is more efficient. They are only "doing it the right" in the sense that is what you are supposed to do. Their main goal is to impede traffic. It's brought to you by the same people who think left turn on green arrow only is a good idea. ...and if there isn't a car in the left turn lane the second the light turns read, you will sit there for that red light, then the green light, then another red light, then when the light turns green again, you can go. ...and their answer for that is another left turn only lane to make room for all the cars that can't go to where they want to go.
