But an egg isn't a chicken.... it's just something produced by a chicken that is a component of developing a chicken.... it's sort of like saying a mammal drinking it's mother's milk is a cannibal. :lmbo:

I had a similar discussion with one of my nieces when she was debating between being a vegetarian or a vegan... and I said "If you're not going to get protein from any kind of meat, you should eat eggs... because a chicken isn't harmed in making eggs, they'll produce the eggs anyways and they'd just go to waste." :shrug:

An egg is a potential baby chick, cake or omelet. But, which came first, the chicken or the egg?

only if the ovum is fertilized before the shell forms and is then laid. Otherwise you'd have to pay child support to that sock under your bed. :eek: :lmbo:
