We played a gig a few years ago in a building that used to host drag shows under previous ownership. The stage was shaped like half of a stop sign... but then the entire perimeter stair stepped down three times. This made the top surface of the stage very tiny in comparison to the size all the way around the lowest step. We put all the monitors on the second step down all the way around.... but there were several times where I turned to look over my shoulder at the drummer and then panicked because I almost stepped backwards down a flight of stairs. :messedup:

The perimeter edge of every step needed to be glow in the dark tape or something because holy hell it was dangerous. :mad:
